This is the PERFECT ACCESSORY to the Fenton Ruby hats that were made during this same time frame. Ruby glass with the purple bow and feather to accent this item.

If you have the hats, you have to have this purse too to match your collection. This is one of those pieces that was made OFF-HAND by Dave Fetty.

It wasn't too long after this, Dave retired but still did some work here and there after he retired. You know, it's hard for an elderly person like us to just lay down and die, so we keep busy doing what we love. And Dave really loved his works of art. This purse is about 5-1/2 inches tall, about 5-1/2 inches side to side and about 3-1/8 inches front to back.

It is also hollow in the middle like a purse should be. Note that it does have the Dave Fetty "handlers stamp" in the center of this piece on the bottom of course, as well as his own personal etched signature dated 2004. YES, he made these in 2004 but they retailed in 2005 so that is why there is a 2005 Fenton sticker on the front. So the one pictured IS the one you will receive. The piece does have what is called'CONTROLLED BUBBLE also which is a series of intentionally made rows of bubbles in the glass. I count 4 rows of bubble going from left to right, but in order to appreciate this technique, you will have to have it in direct lighting. Unfortunately, my camera could not pick this up, so there is no picture of it. Please remember this has been previously owned and displayed. I see no chips, cracks or repairs to the glass at all, but we do not clean the glass before leaving this location. However, this piece is really pretty clean to start with with only a couple of dirt marks I can spot. Flaws might exist but again, I didn't see any that stuck out at me.

NO out of the country orders will be accepted which includes all APO or LIKE addresses for military overseas. Minnesota residence will pay an additional. Item will have my initials in pencil or wax marker (it is easily removed) on it & clear mailing label over it to protect it from being rubbed off.

If on the other hand, the item arrives broken, you are responsible for returning it to the PO. To have a claim made.
